Did Someone Make a Fraudulent Charge to Your Credit Card or PayPal Account?

We take fraudulent charges very seriously. We will close the offending account and refund all unauthorized charges back to you right away. Simply contact us via Live Chat with the information below for assistance.

For your security, we recommend that you avoid giving out your complete credit card number to anyone unless you are actually making a purchase from someone authorized to take payments. Providing us with the following information will help us find the charge in our system, cancel the offending account and prevent future charges:

For all unauthorized charges:

  • Your first and last name.
  • The amount of the charge.
  • The date of the charge.

Credit Card specific charges:

  • The last four digits (only) of the credit card (e.g. XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1234.)
  • Card type.
  • Card expiration date.
  • Currency type.

PayPal specific charges

  • PayPal ID for the transaction in question.
  • PayPal email address.

Please do not offer the SEO Hosting Support Agent your full credit card number. You should never provide a full credit card number to anyone in a chat or via a ticket. If you are unable to make a payment through your billing account, please contact our Live Chat for further assistance.

SEO Hosting will never require your full credit card number to help address a billing issue.
