Configuring your Outlook 2016

This article is your guide on configuring your Email Account with us on Microsoft Outlook 2016.

Note: Before you set up your Outlook 2019 to receive your mail, make sure you have already created an email address in cPanel.

SSL Settings

Please replace with your actual domain name.


Inbound Server -
Port: 993

Inbound Server -
Port: 995

Outbound Server -
Port: 465

Non-SSL Settings

Please replace with your actual domain name.


Inbound Server -
Port: 143

Inbound Server -
Port: 110

Outbound Server -
Port: 25 or 587

Configuring Outlook 2016

  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook 2016.
    If this is a first-time setup, you'll directly see the window below.
    • Enter your Email Address
    • Check the box for Let me set up my account manually.
    • Click connect

    If you have used it for other email accounts, you can tap on  File Menu and select Add Account.
  2. Select POP or IMAP, depending on your preference.

  3. Assign the settings above and enter the respective hostnames, port numbers, and encryption methods for the Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail servers.

  4. Enter your email Password and click on Connect.

  5. Your email account has been set up.

  6. Click Done
  7. You can now manage your emails.
