Your blog settings let you determine how your blog handles comments and and time and date settings. You can change those settings in the Blog Settings section of the backend of your Weebly blog.
To change your blog's settings:

Log into Weebly and navigate to the website you want to edit the blog settings for

Click the Settings tab at the top of the page

Click Blog, from the left-hand sidebar
In the General section...

Select the number of posts you want to appear on a page from the Posts per page dropdown

Switch the Post share buttons option to ON if you want to allow social media share options on your posts (click Customize to select which)

Switch the Blog sidebar option to ON if you want to allow the blog page to have a visible sidebar
In the Comments section...

Select your commenting system from the Commenting system dropdown, Facebook or Disqus
Note: depending on what you select, your options may appear differently than noted below.

Select whether you want the comments on your blog to be Open, Closed or if you want to approve them before they appear from the Comment Default dropdown

Select when to auto close comments on your posts from the Auto close comments dropdown

Select your Spam protection preference from the Spam protection dropdown

Select how you want your blog to moderate Spam from the Spam moderation dropdown

And denote whether you'd like to be notified of new comments via email from the last Comments option
In the Date & Time section...

Select how you want the dates of your blogs to view from the Date format dropdown

Select whether you want your blog to run on 12 hour or 24 hour time from the Time format dropdown

Select your time zone via the last Date & Time section option, Time Zone

Click the Save button near the bottom to save your changes when done
