You've got your brand new website up and live on the web, but WAIT! You need to change the URL.... you can do that very easily from within your Weebly dashboard editor.

To change the address of your site:

1. Log into Weebly and navigate to the website within your dashboard that you want to change the address to

2. Click the Settings tab near the top

3. Click the Change button, to the right of your site's address, as shown below 
   
   

4. You have three options when changing your site's address:

   • ​Use a Subdomain of Weebly.com - free, allows you to create an address like 'example.weebly.com'

   • Register a New Domain  - there is a cost associated with this as you're registering your own domain name like 'example.com'. 

   • Use a Domain You Already Own - if you've previously purchased a domain, and are not using it with another site currently, you can enter it here; also use this option if you bought a domain through another registrar and want to use it with your Weebly site

5. ​Click the Continue button when you've changed your URL to a new desired address

​Change-a-rooni! You're done. Your website URL has now been changed. If it's already published, you can navigate to it on the web.
