If you received a 'Error: SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length' error, like the one shown below, when trying to load SSL on your site, read on! Private SSLIf you are encountering the error above when attempting to load SSL on your site (a page secured by SSL will begin with https://) let us know by submitting a ticket. Shared SSLIf you are trying to use the Shared SSL certificate with your domain name, and receive this error, that probably means that you can't use your domain name with the shared SSL.
