WordPress Website Links Go to My Old Site
Posted by ASO Admin on 30 January 2020 01:46 PM

Is your blog missing it's CSS? Or are your website links going to your OLD site, not your NEW one? This is probably due to WordPress storing your domain name as a piece of data in its database. To fix the problem:

  1. Log into your WordPress Dashboard

  2. From the left-hand side menu click Settings, then General

  3. In the WordPress Address (URL) field enter the correct domain and path

  4. In the Site Address (URL) field enter the correct domain and path (usually the exact same as WordPress Address)

  5. Scroll down to the bottom and click Save Changes

When you return to your blog or website, the problem should be fixed! If you're experiencing further issues please get in touch with our Support department
