Problems Logging into cPanel, WHM or Webmail

If you're having problems logging into cPanel, WHM or webmail, there may be a firewall in place that is blocking your access. Don't worry! Just use the proxy connections instead! Our name servers (or name servers which resolve to your A Small Orange server) must be used in order to use these proxy URLs. Otherwise, A records will need to be created for each subdomain using the IP noted in the bottom of the left-hand sidebar on your cPanel dashboard, so that they point to our servers. Unfortunately, the above URLs may cause a problem for some users as it attempts to connect to port 2082; this is an uncommon port and may be blocked by corporate and public firewalls, thus preventing access by the user. If the URL above does not work, try accessing cPanel with the following URL:
