Find the IP Address of Your Server

In the welcome email we send to all new customers there is a noted Server IP address. If you're a shared customer, that MAY NOT be the IP address of your actual server. It's super easy to find the IP address of your server (for most shared, VPS, business accounts and some reseller accounts). To find it:

  1. Log in to cPanel

  2. Navigate to the left-hand sidebar and click Expand Stats, if the list isn't already expanded 

  3. Scroll down and click Server Information

  4. ​In the Server Information section on the next page your Shared IP address will be displayed
