Fantastico 

If you were using Fantastico to install your scripts we highly recommend you import them to Softaculous. This is done just going to your Softaculous area in your cPanel and using the Synchronize link in the top right-hand side menu.

We recommend you make a backup of your installation before proceeding just in case something go wrong, however that is very unlikely. (Keep in mind you can also restore a backup using R1Soft Restore Backups option in your cPanel as well).
