Accessing Your cPanel Account

Logging Into Your cPanel AccountInstructions on how to access your cPanel and Customer Area are emailed to you when your account is provisioned. Follow the instructions and get in touch if you have any issues. If you have lost the email with the instructions, or have lost the password, you can reset it via your Customer Area as shown in the Resetting Your cPanel Password instructions below. Alternatively, if you are logged into your Customer Area, simply:

You can log in to your cPanel from the first tab, Information, which has a Go to cPanel Login Page button at the bottom.

I am trying to access the control panel but I have not been sent a user name or password,

I accessed cPanel, but couldn't get past the Login... I did not find the left hand side panel w/my cPanel password!!!! I'm a newbie and this is not at all helpful. Now what?

Signed up with my own domain name to use... can't seem to find the information how to access the control panel in this case. I hope this can be addressed.

You should have received a welcome email upon joining which should contain cPanel login details. If you need any further help our livechat support should be able to get you started!

The account needs to be provisioned first; did you ever receive your login? If not, you may want to check in with the Billing team to see what happened there.
