To import a mySQL database into your site:

1. Log into cPanel

2. From the Databases section click phpMyAdmin

3. Click Import from the top navigation menu

4. In the File to Import section, upload your .sql file (Choose File, then Open)

5. In the Format section, make sure the correct format is chosen

6. Click the Go button
