If you have third party scripts or applications running on your website it's possible you may notice an issue with them from time to time. We've outlined a couple of common issues and solutions below to help you troubleshoot. Our Support personnel is not trained in third party script support, therefore we may not be able to resolve certain issues related to custom coding and scripting errors. However, we will gladly take a look and offer as much help as possible. See our What is a Script? article to learn more. Database Connection ErrorThe most common problem with third party scripts is a database connection error. Make sure that you have created the database and the user and have assigned the user to the database. Make sure you also check that your script uses the same settings in your configuration file. Usually this file is named config.php or settings.php and located within the same directory as the script. System RequirementsOther warning errors may result from not following system requirements of the script. If you feel your third party software or script isn't compatible with your account, or have questions about what IS compatible, just get in touch with our Support department and we'll help you out. | |
