Unsuspend a Hosting Account in Reseller Central

To unsuspend an account under your reseller account that you have suspended please do the following:

  1. Login to Reseller Central https://cp.hostnine.com

  2. From the Account Functions section click Unsuspend Account

  3. Select the domain you wish to unsuspend from the drop down list

  4. Click Unsuspend Account

    Note: if you are unable to unsuspend an account via this method and receive the message that the account has been locked by HostNine, please contact the abuse department for more information regarding the suspension by submitting a ticket here.
