Suspend an Account in Reseller Central

You may want to suspend an account under your Reseller account for various reasons. For example, if the customer has not paid their bill or has content that violates your Terms of Service you may want to suspend them. To suspend a hosting account:

  1. Login to Reseller Central https://cp.hostnine.com

  2. In the Account Functions section, click Suspend Account

  3. Select the domain name you wish to suspend

  4. Enter a suspension reason (i.e. Failure to Pay, ToS violations, etc...)

  5. ​Click Suspend Account
