We currently provide a fully managed service for cPanel-based CentOS servers only. Although we do provide other operating systems on our Cloud VPS and Dedicated servers like Windows or other Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, etc.), we do not provide support services for them.

Configuration and maintenance of non-cPanel CentOS systems are not supported. We will, however, provide full support for any hardware issues.
