Disabling Suhosin
Posted by on 13 July 2012 03:34 AM

Prerequisites

- Custom PHP.ini

Please make sure that your custom php.ini is operational prior to following this guide.

Disabling Suhosin

Disabling Suhosin is very easy; however, it does pose a security risk.

In order to disable Suhosin, you would simply go into your custom php.ini file and find the place where Suhosin variables are stored (under [suhosin]).

There will most likely be a variable called "suhosin.simulation" which needs to be set to On instead of Off. Please note that if the variable does not exist, you will have to create it (make sure you create it under [suhosin], and if that isn't there, add it as well).
