To change the frequency of payments for your account or to be billed in advance please open a chat with our Billing department. In that chat let the agent know how often you want to pay, how far in advance you'd like to pay your bill or what you'd like your new billing cycle to be.
For the protection of your account, please have your Support Code ready which is obtainable from your Customer Area on the lefthand side under "Support Options".
Keep the following in mind when changing your billing cycle:
All billing cycles can be billed up to 3 years
Billing cycle changes don't take effect until after the current billing cycle ends
